Short Biography

Resident to a small town in Queensland, Australia called Mount Isa.

Started making computer graphics in 2001, mainly just fan art creations, using programs like: Photo Impressions and Paint Shop Pro (back in the JASC days).
Joined an online fan community that same year where she was exposed to a variety of digital art in which she attempted on a daily basis, learning as she went along. Eventually got a domain name in 2003 (eccentricated.com) and some online space. Started to make website designs for the domain.

Mainly using publishing software such as Blogger.com, learning html was persevered through trial and error, constantly reading html/style/php tutorials and/or working with simple pre-made templates (that contained mainly iframes, iframes were very popular at the time).

By late 2004 Julie had also purchased a number of domain names. Such as prickly-things.com, lmaorgasm.com, thekittyclub.org and tkcgraphics.com (as well as the renewal of eccentricated.com) and went nuts on sub domain sites, like: Bite Me White Boy, Rewritten, several fanlisting sites, several blog crew sites, The Wizarding World (HP news and community site, in conjunction with Fanbolt.com) and a handful of message board forums, like: the kitty club (pro-boards and burning boards.) and the wizarding world (pro-boards).

Name origins

"Miss Julie" is the name I happily took up after spending 3 wonderful years working in a Day Care and Kindergarten centre and another year at a local primary school. A truly remarkable experience, henceforth being "Miss Julie" became an important part of my life.
